My Approach
Little Thrivers is a neurodiversity-affirming occupational therapy and feeding therapy practice based out of Ashburnham, Massachusetts. I work with children and families in the comfort of their own homes (within MA) and through caregiver collaboration calls (anywhere). I specialize in working with children ages 2-10.
At Little Thrivers, we:

*Focus on connection*
*Celebrate differences*
*Support strengths*
*Provide access to sensory supports and accommodations*
*Prioritize regulation*
*Promote autonomy*

Therapy sessions are child-led and play-based, while involving caregivers as integral members and modeling ways to support carryover into the other hours of the week. I work with caregivers to help children thrive while participating in daily activities like play, self-help, and feeding, through both direct therapy and caregiver collaboration sessions.

About Me
Krystin Martin, OT 9223
I have been an occupational therapist since graduating from Tufts University with a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2005. Most recently, I've worked with children ages 2-6 in the preschool/kindergarten settings, and I've had experience working with children of various ages since becoming an occupational therapist 20 years ago. I continue to learn all that I can about supporting children using strengths-based approaches through a neurodiversity-affirming lens. My passion lies in working with young children of all abilities, and I believe that therapy should be joyful, engaging, and super fun! I have studied multiple approaches over the years to support selective eaters and their families, and I've experienced first-hand how challenging it can be to make meals and feed a variety of eaters as a mom of 5 kids (ages 8-18). When I am not working, you'll catch me spending time with my husband and my kids (usually driving them around, preparing a meal, or cleaning up after a meal!)
